What you will do

• Collaborate with the Core Experience team to ideate and analyze product experiments.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Investing and Banking product lines with Product, Finance, and Operations.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for deep-dive analysis across data sources.
• Use Databricks and DBT to transform raw data into clean, accessible datasets.
• Design and manage Tableau dashboards to track KPIs for Investing and Banking features.
• Use Amplitude to monitor customer behavior and product performance, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and drive growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of analytics experience, preferably supporting product development or financial services.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Working knowledge of statistical concepts and hands-on A/B testing and product experimentation.
• Experience with modern data stack tools including Databricks and DBT, and product analytics platforms like Amplitude.
• Ability to translate complex numerical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders in Finance and Operations.
