What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features for cloud applications on the RUCKUS One platform.
- Develop clean, reusable UI components using React and modern frontend practices.
- Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Java or Golang, deployed on GKE.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define scope and deliver projects.
- Drive technical quality by advocating for testing, code reviews, and performance improvements.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to a strong team engineering culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with exposure to both frontend and backend.
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Java and/or Golang, and building RESTful or gRPC-based APIs.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes (GKE preferred).
- Experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working in Linux-based development environments.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering scalable systems in IoT, FinTech, or other data-intensive domains.
- Success leading complex features involving multiple stakeholders and system components.
- Experience building telemetry-driven platforms or dashboards.
