What you will do

• Develop the hirify.global mobile application using React Native and GraphQL APIs.
• Lead the technical design and architecture of large-scale features and complex epics.
• Manage the entire mobile lifecycle, including local development, automated testing, CI/CD, and store deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance technical excellence with delivery velocity.
• Mentor peers through code and architecture reviews.
• Identify and resolve systemic technical debt to improve developer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of architecting and maintaining mobile applications for enterprise scale.
• Expertise in designing performant frontend architectures integrated with GraphQL microservices.
• Experience with FastLane, Expo, App Store, Play Store, and TestFlight for CI/CD and deployment.
• Must be based in Canada.
