Overview

Join a growing security team focused on Managed Detection & Response (MDR) to help reduce ransomware attacks and protect SMBs. The role involves first-line security monitoring and incident response for 35,000 customers.

What you will do

• Operate and tune security monitoring tools including EDR, SIEM, DLP, and automation tools
• Identify and analyze anomalous activity and potential indicators of compromise
• Escalate malicious activity and participate in incident investigation and remediation
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and deliver activity reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response
• Strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Coursework in computer science, engineering, or cybersecurity
• Experience in security operations or security engineering/architecture
• Knowledge of cloud security products from AWS, Azure, Google
• Industry cybersecurity certifications (GCIH, Security+, CISSP)
