What you will do

• Design, build, and operate enterprise-grade software using AI-first engineering practices.
• Implement agentic workflows to accelerate implementation, testing, and operational tasks.
• Translate business requirements into machine-readable implementation specifications using BDD/TDD.
• Embed quality through continuous, AI-assisted validation and automated testing frameworks.
• Build scalable, cloud-native solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to refine specifications into deliverable outcomes.

Requirements

• Must hold valid residency and work authorization in Finland.
• Advanced proficiency with .NET / C#, APIs, and distributed architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and related services (Azure Functions, SQL, Fabric, OpenAI).
• Experience designing or orchestrating AI agents, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns.
• Strong background in specification-driven development (BDD/TDD) and automated testing.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and cloud governance principles.
