What you will do

• Design user-centric experiences for web and mobile products in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Prototype ideas quickly using AI-powered design tools like Claude to explore concepts and validate flows.
• Manage the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity implementation.
• Develop comprehensive customer journeys for onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, and account management.
• Contribute to and maintain the hirify.global Design System using reusable components and design tokens.
• Ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with high quality through close engineering collaboration.

Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar professional UI/UX design tools.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with Design Systems and reusable UI patterns.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for research, ideation, and prototyping.
• Must possess appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience within FinTech, Payments, Trading, Banking, or other transaction-based products.
