What you will do

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement SLIs and SLOs.
• Design and maintain comprehensive observability systems for production environments.
• Analyze failure scenarios and develop mitigation strategies and runbooks.
• Manage and facilitate incident response, including on-call duties for high-value services.
• Identify and eliminate toil to reduce work that does not add value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software, DevOps, or Cloud engineering, with at least 2 years as a dedicated SRE.
• Proven experience with incident management for high-traffic, public-facing 24/7 services in corporate environments.
• Proficiency in programming, scripting, and serverless services within AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong expertise in monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD, Jenkins, GitLab).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Java/Springboot, and Kafka.
• English proficiency level C1 or above.
