HR Direct Advisor

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries via tickets and phone calls across the EMEA region.
• Provide professional guidance and register errands in the C4C ticket handling system.
• Educate employees and managers on HR responsibilities and the ORBIS self-service portal.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and FAQ articles.
• Coordinate with HR Administrators and Specialists for second-line support.
• Ensure all HR tickets are resolved within established SLA timeframes.

Requirements

• University degree in the HR field.
• 1-2 years of professional HR or customer service experience.
• Excellent command of English (C1).
• Must be based in or able to work from Budaörs, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish.
