DevOps Team Leader

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv District, Israel

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, including technical and professional development.
• Lead the team’s projects, tasks, prioritization, and delivery of new infrastructure capabilities.
• Design, build, and operate highly secure and scalable platform infrastructure.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, Helm charts, deployment pipelines, and developer enablement capabilities.
• Implement infrastructure best practices, self-service tooling, and automation to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve system health, performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience leading a DevOps team.
• At least 5 years of DevOps experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment and at least 10 years in high-tech DevOps or related roles.
• At least 5 years of experience with AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in Linux, command line, Git, and CI.
• Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet; Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana; GitOps; and GitLab Pipelines.
• Strong system troubleshooting, communication, scalability, performance, and security skills, plus an AI-based approach to creating agents and skills that reduce workload.

Nice to have

• BSc in Computer Science or a related technical certificate.
• Background in software development.
• FinOps experience.
