What you will do

• Conduct exploratory analyses using SQL and Python to bridge disparate data sources and quantify product performance.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to brainstorm and implement data-driven product innovations.
• Design, audit, and improve business success metrics and build intuitive dashboards for senior leadership.
• Conceive and build automated data transformations using tools like dbt and LookML.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to optimize core data modeling and architecture.
• Leverage GenAI and agentic workflows to automate and escalate the sophistication of analytical tasks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on complex modeling and applied statistics.
• 2+ years of experience communicating high-impact results to leadership teams.
• Expert fluency in SQL and strong proficiency in R or Python.
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts such as regression and significance testing.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI coding platforms like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong project planning skills and ability to manage inter-dependencies across teams.
