What you will do

• Define and design system-level architecture for surgical navigation and visualization platforms.
• Translate clinical and product requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
• Support the development of real-time surgical visualization and augmented reality capabilities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues across integrated environments.
• Participate in verification and validation activities to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software, Systems, or Biomedical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or complex product development.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience with C# and Unity.
• Experience integrating software with physical hardware systems like cameras and tracking devices.
• Strong understanding of optical navigation systems and real-time visualization.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device systems engineering or regulated environments (FDA/ISO).
• Background in augmented reality or immersive visualization systems.
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics in orthopedic applications.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and REST APIs.
