What you will do

• Support solutions and recommendations for complex cross-region, cross-functional, and cross-vendor business concerns.
• Resolve critical production issues and provide operational guidance to colleagues.
• Build relationships with Investments, Compliance, custodians, fund accounting agents, transfer agents, outsourcing vendors, and global business areas.
• Coordinate research, analysis, implementation, documentation, and training for new instruments, regulatory requirements, and systems implementations.
• Develop team plans, policies, support models, standard operating procedures, and cross-training across the global team.
• Identify operational risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of industry experience in an investment management firm.
• Excellent knowledge of global investment products and internal and industry standards.
• Experience resolving complex, multidimensional business problems and understanding end-to-end investment services processes, including trade processing, settlement, valuation, cash management, corporate actions, and fund accounting.
• University degree in Finance, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand data, processes, business flows, and systems from a broad perspective.
• Must comply with the hybrid workplace model requiring at least four days per week in an hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Charles River or Aladdin.
• Experience working with third-party middle-office and custody providers.
• MBA or CFA designation.
• Professional accounting designation such as CMA, CGA, CA, or CPA.
