UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote, based in the Philippines; working hours must align with U.S. Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8). Ability and willingness to travel is required.

What you will do

• Work with product managers, internal stakeholders, developers, and end-users to define functionality and translate requirements into wireframes and prototypes.
• Design UX flows, use-case scenarios, visual interfaces, storyboards, process flows, and site maps.
• Create user stories that communicate business needs clearly to developers.
• Present features to end-users, collect feedback, and refine designs.
• Design graphical solutions for print, web, mobile, and email formats.
• Participate in development meetings and contribute to product vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer design, graphic arts, visual arts, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in web application design.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and advanced vector and compositing functions.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with strong UI and UX design fundamentals.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating innovative, creative, and functional designs.
• Ability to work within the U.S. Pacific Standard Time timezone and be based in the Philippines.
