What you will do
- Partner with product teams to embed quality via tooling, automation, infrastructure, and best practices.
- Implement a modern quality strategy by shifting focus from UI-based validation to lower-level testing for increased reliability.
- Enhance the stability and speed of E2E tests by improving test data setup, isolation, and execution reliability in CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop agentic testing capabilities and leverage AI test harnesses to accelerate the delivery of cloud engagements.
- Track and refine quality KPIs, including DORA metrics, defect trends, and regression rates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering for cloud-native SaaS platforms using AWS.
- Expertise in automated testing infrastructure and integration with GitHub Workflows.
- Knowledge of testing tools across the pyramid, specifically Cypress, Pact, and K6.
- Strong front-end fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Must be based in Colombia.
Nice to have
- Interest and knowledge of AI-powered testing tools such as CoPilot, Devin, and Claude.
