Compensation: 2,200–2,800 EUR gross.

What you will do

• Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement to activation.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely execution of all required steps.
• Prepare and maintain documentation packages to ensure compliance with internal and partner requirements.
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, and financial partners regarding onboarding matters.
• Monitor application statuses and proactively drive next steps to ensure successful completion.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in onboarding, underwriting, or compliance operations.
• Mandatory experience within fintech, payments, PSPs, or e-commerce.
• Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of client onboarding processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
