Location: Riga, Latvia; modern office in the center of Riga.
Salary: 2,200–2,800 EUR gross per month.

What you will do
- Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement through activation.
- Coordinate onboarding steps and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare, maintain, and review documentation packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Liaise with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners.
- Monitor application statuses, respond to requests, and drive next steps toward successful completion.
- Improve internal onboarding workflows and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in onboarding, underwriting, compliance operations, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, e-commerce, or financial services.
- Understanding of client onboarding processes and related regulatory requirements.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
