What you will do

• Manage the entire recruitment process independently to ensure a quick and efficient candidate experience.
• Conduct interviews and identify the best talent for various departments.
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic partner for internal departments, providing professional recruiting support.
• Monitor recruiting trends and contribute ideas for the development of hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of German (mandatory).
• Experience in recruiting, ideally within an international company.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
• Structured working style and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Pristina office (Hybrid).
