TL;DR
Junior Recruiter (HR): Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments within a digital automotive platform with an accent on candidate experience and stakeholder coordination. Focus on identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and optimizing hiring strategies in an international environment.
Location: Hybrid in Kosovo; office at Rruga Tirana, Lakrisht – Icon Tower, 4th floor. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment process for multiple departments.
- Conduct interviews and identify suitable candidates.
- Manage applicants and coordinate appointments with internal stakeholders.
- Support departments as a recruiting partner.
- Monitor recruiting trends and contribute to hiring strategy improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent German language knowledge is mandatory.
- Experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
- Structured working style and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
