• Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple departments.
• Conduct interviews to identify and attract top-tier talent.
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic partner for departments to provide professional recruiting support.
• Analyze current recruiting trends to develop and improve hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of German is mandatory.
• Previous experience in recruiting, preferably within an international company.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
• Structured approach to work and the ability to motivate candidates.
