What you will do

• Provide end-to-end analytical support for process chemistry and development activities.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation including GC, LC/HPLC, NMR, MS, and IR.
• Develop, optimize, and validate fit-for-purpose analytical methods to support manufacturing.
• Document experiments and communicate insights through technical reports and presentations.
• Contribute analytical sections to regulatory documentation and patent disclosures.
• Ensure full compliance with SHEQ standards and internal requirements.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or higher in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry supporting small-molecule process development.
• Strong expertise in chromatography and spectroscopy, including MS and IR data interpretation.
• Proven ability to independently plan experiments and solve complex analytical problems.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong scientific judgment and collaborative mindset.
