What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of features from design and coding to deployment and impact measurement.
• Architect scalable systems and data models while managing technical debt.
• Define and uphold engineering standards, including CI/CD and testing strategies.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and align stakeholders on technical roadmaps.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and raise the overall technical bar.
• Integrate AI-augmented workflows into daily development and code review processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona for 3 days/week in-office work.
• English: C1 proficiency required for official office communication.
• Strong experience in fullstack development with a focus on both frontend architecture and backend systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical design and communicate complex ideas across teams.
• Experience with or strong interest in modern AI-augmented development workflows.
• Commitment to engineering excellence, operational maturity, and blameless incident response.
