What you will do
- Translate requirements and development tickets into structured test plans and provide transparent reporting.
- Execute full-stack testing across backend, mobile, web, and hardware components to ensure best-in-class quality.
- Build and maintain automated tests to increase coverage and efficiency of the testing process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to displays and control applications.
- Analyze user feedback to identify operational challenges and translate them into actionable product improvements.
- Coordinate and support the technical execution of digital signage setups at live events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a product-related role.
- Strong expertise in product testing and software quality assurance.
- English proficiency is required.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in or able to work from Elsbethen, Austria.

- Basic coding and scripting skills.
- Exposure to product management topics.
