What you will do
- Create, expand, and improve core gameplay mechanics, including weapons, vehicles, and player locomotion.
- Collaborate with Game Designers and the Creative Director to bring the game's vision to life.
- Prototype and iterate on gameplay system improvements.
- Implement mechanics and features directly in-engine using visual scripting tools.
- Develop comprehensive design and technical documentation for gameplay mechanics.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal toolkits and in-house technology.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar design position within the gaming industry.
- Previous experience as a Senior or Principal Technical Designer.
- Proficiency in one or more game engines, such as UE4 or CryEngine.
- Proven experience designing game mechanics from initial concept to final implementation.
- Experience organizing and managing the work of functional working groups.
- Good English proficiency.
