What you will do

• Perform process discovery, design, and optimization for business workflows.
• Develop and orchestrate processes using Camunda, ideally utilizing Camunda 8.
• Integrate workflows with REST APIs, microservices, and various external systems.
• Implement business process modelling based on BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications.
• Deliver solutions within an Agile/Scrum delivery framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall professional experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda.
• Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and business process modelling.
• Backend development background, preferably with Java, Spring Boot or equivalent enterprise technologies.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and enterprise application integration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• English: Good communication skills required.
