What you will do

• Create performance ads, brand videos, motion graphics, and tutorials for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage the full production cycle from brief and concept to final delivery.
• Generate and source visual assets, B-roll, and reference images using AI tools and other production software.
• Iterate on creatives and optimize hooks, pacing, and messaging based on performance insights (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Develop reusable templates and maintain an organized system of project files.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to align visuals with campaign goals and target audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion design or video editing specifically within growth marketing for mobile apps.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Proven experience creating effective performance ads for social media platforms.
• Strong proficiency in using AI tools for asset generation and animation (e.g., Veo, Higgsfield, Kling).
• Deep understanding of sound design, color correction, and visual composition.
• A professional portfolio featuring digital advertising and motion design work.
