What you will do

• Generate and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets using advanced pipelines like Kling, Veo, and ElevenLabs.
• Craft compelling animations and videos across diverse platforms and ad formats.
• Develop engaging transitions, typography, and visual effects while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with growth teams to translate ideas into effective, high-converting visuals.
• Manage the full production pipeline from concept to final render with speed and agility.
• Contribute to ideation and iteration cycles to test new creative strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer in performance marketing or fast-paced environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion range and mobile-first thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity or curiosity regarding AI tools like Midjourney and Runway.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• English proficiency for international communication and technical learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma.
