What you will do

• Build highly immersive and believable game worlds and experiences in alignment with the Creative Director's vision.
• Collaborate with programmers to refine and craft the core gameplay experience.
• Develop fundamental game principles, including mechanics and level structures.
• Utilize the proprietary hirify.global Engine for game creation.
• Manage the execution of essential tasks across various departments using Jira.
• Test and validate self-created and peer-generated game content.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Game or Level Design.
• Proven track record as a Senior or Principal Level Designer.
• Experience with AAA game engines, whether licensed or proprietary.
• Expertise in designing game levels from initial concept to final implementation.
• Experience organizing and managing the work of cross-functional working groups.
• Extensive experience in game mod creation and a deep passion for gaming (10+ years of playing).

Nice to have

• Higher education in Technical, Art, or Humanitarian fields.
• Completion of a professional Game Design course.
• Ability to quickly master new tools and adapt to in-house software.
