What you will do

• Manage commercial activities for the increasing demand for solar and oxygen equipment and related services.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, including proposing methods of purchase.
• Issue international tender invitations, evaluate quotations, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Establish Long Term Agreements and Direct Order Contracts.
• Monitor and report on supplier performance, market development, and procurement history.
• Review material specifications in partnership with Technical and QA Centres to ensure appropriateness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in worldwide procurement, contract negotiations, and administration.
• Experience in procurement of complex medical equipment, devices, or solar systems.
• Proficiency in SAP/Vision and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work at the duty station in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish).
• Procurement and contract experience within infrastructure management.
• Experience working at the country level in development, fragile settings, or humanitarian contexts.
