What you will do
- Own and execute the commercial growth strategy across Eastern Europe and CIS markets.
- Identify, approach, and close new operator partnerships using an existing professional network.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing partners to increase performance and revenue.
- Represent the company at major industry exhibitions, conferences, and regional events.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align offerings with regional operator requirements.
- Build the regional commercial structure and potentially recruit and manage a local team as the business expands.
Requirements
- Strong reputation and network within the iGaming industry across Eastern Europe and CIS.
- Russian language fluency is essential.
- Strong professional English proficiency.
- Proven track record in iGaming sales, business development, or account management.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region and internationally.
