What you will do

• Design and develop a service-oriented, decoupled web application to optimize proteins leveraging advanced machine learning models.
• Find and implement new, intuitive ways to visualize complex biological data.
• Collaborate closely with biologists and machine learning experts to understand and integrate domain-specific functionality.
• Drive high-quality UX by developing a deep product understanding and collaborating with design.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and React.
• Experience developing frontend systems in a modern cloud environment using code reviews, version control, and CI/CD.
• Ability to write tests at appropriate levels of fidelity based on the situation.
• Capacity to rapidly learn new programming languages, ML algorithms, or biological concepts.
• Experience transforming complex raw data structures into simplified, well-designed visualizations.
