AI Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives including visual inspection, Microsoft Copilot agents, and predictive analytics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools for operational visibility.
• Drive proof-of-concept and pilot projects from ideation to industrialization.
• Promote data governance and best practices in digital manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience in data analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Tainan, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with process mining and workflow automation.
