Sr Quality Systems Spec (MedTech)

What you will do

• Oversee the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Interpret internal policies and regulatory or governmental requirements to support compliance.
• Provide continuing process analysis and oversight to operating entities.
• Lead audit and inspection preparation, finding resolution, and communication with auditors and inspectors.
• Prepare reports and corrective and preventive action documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate legal requests related to government investigations or litigation and support consistent worldwide quality standards.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the relevant professional discipline, acquired through education and experience.
• Ability to work independently on complex quality systems and process-improvement issues.
• Experience providing guidance, coaching, or training to other professionals.
• Practical project management knowledge may be required.
