What you will do

• Lead the architecture design and optimization of microservice governance (SpringCloud), RPC frameworks, and MQ middlewares (Kafka).
• Research and implement technical solutions to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the middleware layer.
• Perform customized development and performance tuning for Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Optimize message transmission efficiency and resolve data consistency issues in distributed systems.
• Design efficient data storage solutions using MySQL, Redis, and Elastic Search to optimize performance and cost.
• Manage integrated deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and emergency response for middleware systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years specifically in middleware or distributed system architecture.
• Proficiency in microservice architecture and frameworks such as Spring Cloud, Dubbo, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Deep understanding of NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB) and relational databases (MySQL).
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Kong API Gateway, Nacos, and Apollo.
• Knowledge of distributed coordination services (etcd, Zookeeper) and exposure to ServiceMesh, Sidecar, or eBPF.
