What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end FM readiness and transition from construction handover to full operations for 8 Kippax Street.
• Build and maintain asset registers, implement 52-week PPM schedules, and establish compliance frameworks.
• Own day-to-day FM operations, reactive maintenance, and rapid issue resolution across the Sydney campus portfolio.
• Drive vendor performance, holding suppliers accountable to SLAs, compliance requirements, and commercial obligations.
• Ensure full statutory, WHS, and regulatory compliance, maintaining continuous audit readiness for all buildings.
• Collaborate with Workplace Experience, IT, Security, and People teams to enable integrated campus operations.

Requirements

• Solid experience in facilities management within commercial or tech environments.
• Proven ability to stand up FM operations from scratch, including vendor mobilisation and PPM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of WHS, statutory compliance, building systems, and vendor governance.
• Experience managing building handovers and working with construction or project delivery teams.
• Ability to manage a multi-site portfolio and flex across multiple Sydney sites.
• Must be based in Sydney for full-time on-site work.
