What you will do

• Drive continuous improvements in software development processes by collaborating across geographically dispersed sites.
• Prioritize and allocate tasks to ensure efficient delivery of software features for earthmoving and paving solutions.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience as a Software Engineer at a Senior or Lead level.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Web Development technologies.
• Demonstrated success leading and owning projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Christchurch, New Zealand.
