Senior Product Development Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Define and own the overarching product vision and multi-quarter roadmap across the digital assets product lines.
• Drive the product strategy for crypto, stablecoin, and tokenized-value offerings.
• Integrate digital assets with existing payment rails, e-wallets, and Forex exchange mechanisms.
• Enable merchants and partners to engage in digital asset transactions via Mobile apps, Websites, and APIs.
• Ensure all product designs meet MAS licensing requirements and evolving digital asset regulations in Singapore and the region.
• Partner with Engineering and Legal teams to translate strategy into shippable, compliant, and scalable requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product building for Crypto and Stablecoins (issuing and acquiring).
• 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity owning multiple product lines or a product portfolio.
• Proven track record in fintech, payments, eCommerce, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Technical fluency in APIs, blockchain systems, digital wallets, and currency swaps.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a regulated environment, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions.
• Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

• Experience with the issuance of virtual credit pegged to stablecoins or payment systems.
• Deep understanding of stablecoin reserve mechanics, custody models, or digital asset licensing regimes.
• Existing professional network within Southeast Asia's fintech and blockchain ecosystem.
