What you will do

• Execute business development strategies to drive growth and secure new merchant and partner accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify leads, emerging industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Proactively generate leads through research and cold-calling to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage mid-to-top tier accounts to ensure retention and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Draft business proposals and term sheets and drive commercial negotiations and contract processes.
• Coordinate with Tech, Operations, and Finance teams to facilitate seamless merchant onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience within Payment Gateway, FinTech, Merchant Acquiring, or E-commerce industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales and lead metrics.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin or other local languages.
• Proficiency in AI tools.
