What you will do

• Lead the HR & ADMIN team in Guangzhou, overseeing recruitment, training, C&B, and annual performance reviews.
• Establish and implement HR & ADMIN policies and procedures tailored to the local site.
• Manage annual HR forecasting, including headcount and compensation and benefits costs.
• Ensure all HR activities strictly comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Deliver HR projects involving HRIS, talent marketing studies, and change management.
• Provide professional coaching to HR team members and line managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience within a multinational company.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of China labor laws and practical expertise in C&B.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
