What you will do

• Build, maintain, and enhance cloud platform services on Azure to improve application delivery efficiency.
• Own the full lifecycle of platform services, including development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure platform solutions based on SRE principles.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners and Architects to define roadmaps and technical priorities.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.
• Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD best practices, and a DevOps culture across engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, or DevOps Engineer in cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Terraform for IaC.
• Experience building Azure DevOps YAML Pipelines and reusable pipeline templates.
• Knowledge of AKS, Azure Networking, Identity Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Elasticsearch.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Must be located in Romania

Nice to have

• Experience developing applications using C# (.NET).
• Background in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services or FinTech.
• Experience building API-first platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud governance, security best practices, and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
