What you will do

• Develop and maintain diagnostic and analysis tools to debug and optimize hirify.global Servers' performance.
• Define and drive critical software validation tasks across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to replicate and debug issues, providing impact assessments and solutions.
• Innovate software capabilities for hirify.global Server products to ensure high-quality launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related STEM field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and debugging, including object-oriented design and multithreaded techniques.
• Experience with software validation and CI/CD methods.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
• Unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience in low-level firmware coding and debugging.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Xeon architecture, including Un-Core and platform.
• Experience with Xeon performance monitoring tools and hardware hooks.
• Familiarity with system software components such as Linux and Windows internals, drivers, and runtime.
