What you will do
- Identify new consumer needs by spotting current market trends.
- Analyze market data to build home and scent category fundamentals.
- Develop marketing presentations and fragrance submissions.
- Create visuals and moodboards for proactive and client-specific projects.
- Support the Global marketing team in strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Business (MBA profile).
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work within pluri-disciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams.
- Experience in the home, beauty, or fragrance industry is a plus.
