What you will do

• Support the onboarding of partner SFF devices onto the AEP platform.
• Define and execute benchmarks and qualification criteria to evaluate new hardware.
• Assist in developing strategies for managing large fleets of SFF devices.
• Document and communicate the Hub and Spoke architecture for edge devices and public cloud integration.
• Translate fleet management requirements into detailed product plans, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and QA to deliver product milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 0-2 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related technical role.
• Exposure to Kubernetes-based or containerized solutions.
• Foundational understanding of distributed systems, edge computing, or infrastructure software.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware or device qualification benchmarking.
• Interest in hub-and-spoke or fleet management architectures for edge devices.
• Familiarity with hyperscale public cloud platforms.
• Exposure to IoT devices, sensors, or ruggedized compute.
