TL;DR
Technical Lead (Mobile): Leading the delivery and development of native passenger applications across iOS, Android, and Web with an accent on integrating Justride SDK and public API platforms. Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland)

What you will do
- Own delivery for Passenger iOS, Android, and Web applications, ensuring predictable releases and clearing blockers.
- Lead technical implementation, design discussions, and code reviews to set the bar for engineering quality.
- Drive the integration of Justride SDK and public APIs into passenger applications.
- Manage application migrations, rollout planning, and deployment activities.
- Lead and coach a team of engineers through 1:1s, performance feedback, and career development conversations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering stakeholders to align priorities and team goals.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one native platform (Swift/UIKit or Kotlin/Coroutines).
- Proven track record of leading technical delivery and owning quality through design guidance.
- Experience directly managing and growing engineers.
- Experience working with multi-tenant or white-label products.
- Proficiency in SDK and API integrations.
- Must be based in Poland.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in Fintech or Transit domains.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling, release management, and rollout strategies.
- Experience with hiring and onboarding initiatives.
