Quality Control Supervisor (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Supervise and execute in-process and final product inspections throughout the compounding process.
• Ensure raw material compliance and conduct detailed documentation reviews.
• Support investigations into non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Manage equipment verifications and calibration schedules while maintaining audit readiness for third-party inspections.
• Train and mentor production and pharmacy team members on QC procedures and standards.
• Draft and revise SOPs and work instructions to sustain compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QC or QA within a pharmaceutical or non-sterile compounding environment.
• Strong understanding of USP <795> standards and cGMP practices.
• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 210/211.
• Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one within six months.
