What you will do

• Shape UI direction for League of Legends features, aligning with creative goals and artistic direction.
• Create intuitive, visually balanced interfaces focusing on readability, hierarchy, and player behavior.
• Develop and extend design systems, style guides, and visual conventions across the project.
• Collaborate with art, game design, UX, and engineering teams to optimize the player experience.
• Drive the asset pipeline from early concept ideation through to implementation in the game engine.
• Uphold and elevate the quality bar for visual communication design while empowering local developers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Dublin office.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or UI Artist.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Proven experience contributing to a major game, product launch, or entertainment property.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the game development pipeline, including optimization, localization, and implementation.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC products, particularly Photoshop.
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
• Secondary skills in motion graphics, illustration, animation, or modeling.
• Experience working within distributed development environments.
