What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify high-impact use cases.
• Translate business problems into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals.
• Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows to remove repetitive tasks.
• Define integration strategies for AI agents with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and SaaS.
• Prepare detailed agent specifications and documentation for delivery teams.
• Support executive discussions and presentations regarding AI strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong skills in business analysis, process design, and value mapping.
• Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or agents.
• Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation.
• Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
