What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end relocation journey for international employees from offer acceptance to full onboarding in Almaty.
• Handle the full immigration cycle including visas, work permits, and migration registration with Kazakhstani authorities.
• Prepare and verify all legal employment documents, including translations, notarization, and apostilles.
• Coordinate with external migration agencies, legal counsel, and relocation vendors to ensure quality and deadline adherence.
• Maintain a central source of truth for permit deadlines, renewals, and registration status for all foreign employees.
• Provide practical arrival support including travel coordination, temporary housing, bank account setup, and airport pickup.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing immigration and relocation specifically into Kazakhstan.
• Practical knowledge of Kazakhstan's migration legislation and requirements for employing foreign citizens.
• Experience working directly with government authorities and external legal providers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel cases with strict deadlines and high attention to detail.
• English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency (C1+).
• Russian: Fluent proficiency.

• Experience in a fast-scaling startup or international company managing high-volume relocations.
• Existing relationships with migration agencies and service providers in Almaty.
• Experience organizing "soft landing" support, including housing search and family relocation.
