Location: Hybrid in Vilnius (4 days onsite), or onsite/hybrid in Klaipėda and Riga

Salary: €6,000 – €7,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Own the full procurement cycle for food supplements from formulation to production order.
• Source, qualify, and onboard new suppliers in US and international markets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and long-term supply agreements.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and competitiveness.
• Lead ingredient compliance and labeling for UK, Canada, and European markets.
• Develop scalable procurement processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven track record in sourcing food products or dietary supplements.
• Experience managing projects from development through to commercial production.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with US supplement manufacturers and FDA requirements.
• Established network of dietary supplement suppliers.
• Background in fast-growing e-commerce, DTC, or consumer goods companies.
