What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack data science solutions from data extraction to machine learning model deployment and monitoring.
• Design and implement advanced ML models (regression, classification, clustering) to predict workforce needs and identify skills gaps.
• Develop RESTful APIs to integrate machine learning models into enterprise applications for real-time decision-making.
• Create advanced visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design scalable data pipelines and architectures for analytical workflows.
• Implement optimization algorithms to recommend strategic actions for hiring, training, and workforce engagement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in full-stack data science, including model building, deployment, and API development.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and machine learning, combined with strong SQL skills.
• Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in building and deploying models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• English: Proficient verbal and written communication skills required.
