What you will do

• Ensure visual assets are seamlessly integrated into the game engine while maintaining high visual quality.
• Develop and maintain workflows to overcome gameplay and architectural limitations.
• Investigate and implement new rendering techniques to enhance creative output.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing art pipelines and propose scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical design with creative goals.

Requirements

• Advanced artistic ability and technical expertise in multiple art disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of rendering techniques including normal/specular maps, particle systems, and pixel shaders.
• Proficiency in scripting and object-oriented languages such as JavaScript, C#, C++, or Lua.
• Strong experience with 3D modeling, animation software, and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of the full software development cycle and art workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the gaming industry.
• Expertise in Maya, 3DS Max, or Modo.
• Experience with After Effects and Photoshop for technical art tasks.
