What you will do

• Create striking visuals for social media, app store assets, in-game events, and UA ads in both static and motion formats.
• Translate creative and marketing briefs into high-quality designs and key art composites.
• Optimize creative assets based on data-driven testing and performance learnings.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to shape ideas and visual direction with the team.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
• Integrate AI tools and stay updated on art, design, and gaming trends.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating complex, polished work in branding and image-compositing.
• Strong command of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Solid motion graphics skills in After Effects.
• Ability to navigate and make minor adjustments to 3D and Figma project files.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid/on-site in Belgrade.

• Advanced motion graphics expertise.
• Experience creating key art and promotional illustrations for game campaigns.
