What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
• Map customer business problems to hirify.global solutions and build technical champions within accounts.
• Lead technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) trials for enterprise prospects.
• Create professional technical content such as white papers and blog posts to share expertise.
• Evangelize hirify.global at industry, developer, and cybersecurity events.
• Advise customers on best practices using in-depth vertical or domain expertise.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a technical customer-facing role (CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS).
• Must be based in Spain.
• Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and conferences.

Nice to have

• Understanding of hybrid architectures involving Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Knowledge of VPN, remote access challenges, SIEM, and log analytics platforms.
• Experience with DDoS, malware, phishing, and general network security risks.
• Familiarity with routing, subnetting, SD-WAN, and the competitive CDN market.
